We opened out first salon in 2001 and have grown to 15 salons over the past 20+ years thru new builds and acquisitions.  We may not be the largest franchise in the Great Clips system, but our performance over the years lead the market in brand delivery numbers.  We have had opportunities in the past to grow behind our size, but have declined those opportunities because we did not want to lose touch with our customers nor our people.  Our employees are and will always be the #1 priority to our operational excellence.
